Legally Binding Registrar Weddings
What is a Legally Binding Registrar Wedding? This is a legal ceremony which makes your marriage official in law. You will be required to declare that you are legally free to marry and then contract your marriage with certain legal words, but you can add in enhancements such as your own promises, ring vows, and extra personal promises with a fully enhanced ceremony. Alternatively, you can have a short legal ceremony and then celebrate with a unique personalised celebration with one of our experienced registration celebrants to include your own promises plus extra enhancements which can include pagan and religious content once the legal part has been completed. The celebrant registrars will be able to provide guidance on your personalised ceremony.

What is a Non-Legally Binding Celebrant-Led Wedding? A celebrant-led wedding is a bespoke, meaningful ceremony that celebrates your love and commitment—without the legal formalities. You have complete freedom over the location, style, and content, making it truly personal to you. Legal registration is done separately at a registry office.
